We have received lots of support from other clubs and organisations during the last few years and would like to thanks them:
The Lions Club have been practically supportive in more than one way, they have so much experience and knowledge with in their organisation and can and have transferred this into our organisation. We have worked in partnership with them on events such as WW2 commemorative tea party where we jointly received funding. They also donate funds to us which helps us buy equipment and run sessions. They help our young volunteers develop confidences by running a young achievers award which gives them the opportunity to bank hours of voluntary time and then they receive awards and are recognised publicly for their achievements.
March committee for children’s charities have regularly donated to YPM which provides us with the opportunity to update equipment around the centre.
Caldwell Lodge donated £100 to YPM as a free spend donation. This donation has been spent on refurbishment of the hall by painting and decorating it. The money was spent to buy paint and materials. In February 2020 they raised and donated a further £500.
